Gina
Treatment/Financial Coordinator
Gina was first introduced to the exciting world of orthodontics when her children began treatment with Dr. Miller. She began working with Dr. Miller and assists him with consultations helping families learn the many benefits of orthodontic treatment. Gina also coordinates the financing and insurance needs of our patients.
Gina says, "I enjoy being able to help our patients establish a smooth transition into their orthodontic treatment. A unique trust is developed and enduring friendships are made as we build new smiles for our family of patients."
When not in the office, Gina enjoys time with her husband Roger and their children. They are frequent spectators at basketball and pole-vaulting events and in her spare time, Gina enjoys reading and fitness activities. She is also active as the music ministry director in her church.
Misty
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Misty
is a graduate of Marshall University with a B.S. in Biological
Sciences and has been with Dr. Miller for over eight years. She
has become quite attached to all the patients and enjoys the
camaraderie at the office. Misty is also quite proficient with
digital imaging, organizes our patient photos and has created
our "Wall of Smiles" in our treatment bay.
"I enjoy the artistic aspect of my work with Dr. Miller and his great sense of humor maintains a fun atmosphere in the office," she says.
Misty enjoys spending all her free time with her two young sons, Sam and Isaac, who are twelve months apart.
Jamie
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Jamie
has worked in Dentistry since 1991 and Orthodontics since 1998.
She received a degree in Dental Radiography from Western
Piedmont Community College in Morganton, NC.
With her charming, witty personality, Jamie can often be heard saying, "Flossing is the secret to Life!" She states, "I love working for Dr. Miller. He has a great sense of humor and he's a great orthodontist. He's the best! It is very rewarding to me to see the changes patients undergo and how pleased they are when the braces come off."
Outside the office, Jamie and her husband Chris spend family time with their son Brian and their dog Lollipop. She also likes gardening, big-screen football and listening to music.
Cheryl
Appointment Secretary
Cheryl
has been with Dr. Miller's office since 1996 and was a patient
herself before deciding to work here.
"After the pleasant experience I had as a patient, I knew this would be a fantastic place to work. I am able to meet not only the patients but all the parents as well. It has been a very rewarding career." Cheryl is the model of efficiency and can work wonders with our schedule. She always has a bright smile for our patients and takes a very strong interest in the patient's individual needs.
Away from the office, Cheryl enjoys family life with her three children, who are currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Miller. Her hobbies include swimming and music.
